Veyra is an independent community project for Discord and Roblox communities. The name “Veyra Corporation” is a community brand; it does not indicate an affiliation with Discord or Roblox.
Privacy information
Your Discord account
Discord sign-in provides Veyra with your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar. Veyra uses these to identify your account and check your website permissions. Veyra does not ask for your Discord password. The sign-in flow requests account identity, not access to your direct messages.
Information you provide
Veyra stores community submissions, page content, artwork, bot configurations, build requests, team applications, staff decisions, outreach records, notifications, reward activity and bump history. Approved listing details and artwork appear to other signed-in visitors. Drafts and browser-based preview analytics may also be saved on your device.
Staff review & Discord support
Community submissions, bot requests and team applications are shared with authorized Veyra reviewers and the private website-management channel in the main Discord server. Modmail messages and attachments are relayed to authorized support staff; closing a ticket saves a transcript in the staff transcript channel. Do not include passwords, payment information or unnecessary personal details in requests or tickets.
Sessions & bot credentials
Veyra uses an essential, HTTP-only sign-in cookie with a 30-day expiry. A hashed session identifier and account session data are stored on the server so a refresh or deployment does not end your sign-in. Signing out revokes that session. Community bot tokens are encrypted in server storage and are not returned in account API responses. Only enter a bot token in the designated secure setup panel.
Hosting, retention & requests
The service runs on Railway, which processes hosting traffic and operational logs. Submitted records are retained to operate the service, review requests, prevent duplicate outreach and maintain moderation history. Removing a listing unlists it; it does not erase all related review or audit records. To request correction, deletion or help with your account, contact Veyra staff through Support or modmail in the main Discord server. Staff will explain what can be removed and any records that need to be retained.

Service terms & community rules
Use your own account and content
Only submit communities you own or are authorized to manage. Use artwork, text and links you have permission to share. Do not impersonate others, submit misleading listings, distribute harmful content, spam, harass members or misuse staff tools. Follow the rules and age requirements of the platforms you use, including Discord’s Terms and Roblox’s Terms.
Review and access
Staff review community listings and bot requests before the relevant service is made available. Approval is not a guarantee of a community’s safety or quality. Staff may request changes, reject or unlist content, and restrict access for misuse. You can ask staff to review a decision through Support. Keep bot credentials private and use only the permissions needed for your server.
Credits, boosts & sponsorships
Credits are internal Veyra rewards with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, traded or redeemed for money or Robux. Eligible boosts are verified with Discord before credits are awarded. Bumps have usage limits; sponsorships use credits, are time limited and are labeled in Explore. Neither a bump nor sponsorship guarantees members, traffic or a fixed ranking. Veyra does not currently sell credits.
Team applications
Team applications express interest in helping the Veyra community. No paid position or compensation is advertised by these listings. Application acceptance does not automatically grant website or Discord staff permissions. Staff access is assigned separately by authorized leadership.
Availability & ownership
Veyra is under active development. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of important artwork and information. You retain ownership of the content you submit and permit Veyra to store and display it as needed to provide the features you request. Discord, Roblox and community trademarks belong to their respective owners.
